2007 SERVICE RATE SCHEDULE
1.) On-Site Hourly Service Rates (per hour)

The above rates require two weeks notice for installations,
twenty-four hours for machine failures; otherwise, emergency
rates are 2 times the regular rates for the first day.

2.) Expenses: Lodging and transportation will be
invoiced at actual cost. If a company car is used, mileage
will be invoiced at $0.55 per mile. A flat per diem of $50.00
will be charged for meals and incidentals.
3.) Terms: Four hours minimum at the above rates
plus travel time and expenses.
4.) Preparation charges: A minimum of one hour at
the above service rates.
5.) Cost of material: Quoted as needed.
6.) Travel Rates (per hour): Charged from the technicians'
home base to customers' plant and back.

7.) Long duration jobs: If residency away from technicians'
base for more than two weeks is required, travel time and
transportation expenses to/from the home base will be charged
every other weekend.
8.) Technicians DO NOT work on the following holidays: New
Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor
Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas and New Years Eve.
9.) Job cancellation: A minimum of 48 hours notice
is required to prevent charges. Jobs without 48 hour notice
will be charged 1 day at standard rate plus any expenses
incurred. |
